The standard pool leak detection service includes the following:
• Company arrives at customer’s property to diagnose a leak. • Standard full leak detection will cost $650 for up to 5 hrs. Any time spent over 5 hours will be billed at $100/hour. If a pool has an in-floor cleaning system, this pricing doesn’t apply, and a custom quote will be provided. • If the problem causing the leak is something that can be repaired, the company will make minor repairs while on site including, but not limited to: - Patching the liner - Epoxying a crack in the skimmer - Installing butyl tape in wet niche conduit • If there are equipment issues causing the leak, the customer will be made aware of the issues and the additional cost in making the repair(s). • If the leak requires replacing underground plumbing, the company will provide the customer with an estimate to complete this work. • Leak detections can only be done weather permitting. Pressure testing doesn’t include any in-floor cleaning system.
Definition: A “Full Leak Detection” is when the company uses any of the following:
• Pressure testing equipment • Diving into the pool • Using the LeakTrac 2400 Vinyl Liner Leak Detector System • Feeding the LeakTronics Handheld Video Pro camera through the lines The pool must be operational and filled with water above the returns at time of leak detection test. The pool water must also be clear.

Other Terms & Conditions
- Service Call: a request to have a service technician come to your location for purposes of diagnosing or repairing an issue relating to your pool.
- Missed Service Calls: It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the pool is in appropriate condition for service. If the Customer fails to meet the requirements for service, the service technician will only perform those tasks he or she is able to perform, and the Customer will be billed for the actual time spent travelling to and from the service call. Requirements Include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. There is a proper water level in the pool.
2. There is serviceable power to pool equipment,
3. Any animals are appropriately contained.
4. The pool equipment is readily accessible.
5. Any other issue, condition, or situation that would make a service call difficult or dangerous to the service technician.
- Warranty: All manufactured goods carry a manufacturer’s limited warranty, which may or may not apply to labor for the replacement of parts covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The Company will warranty labor for ninety (90) days. Any labor required beyond ninety (90) days will be charged at the Company’s standard rates. The Company is also not responsible for the costs associated with adding water or chemicals back to a pool that must be drained to perform warrantable service
Billing & Payments
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep the credit card up to date with the Company. In the event a card is declined, Company will text or call the phone number on file to request updated card information. If the Company does not hear back within 5 days, the payment will be considered late and assessed as a $25.00 non-payment charge.
- By signing this agreement, Customer agrees to receive all invoices electronically at the email address listed at the top of this agreement. All invoices are deemed to be received once they are sent by the Company. If the Customer should require a paper copy, a $5.00 administrative fee will be assessed on the bill.
Disclaimers:
The Company is not responsible for the performance or lack of performance for chemicals it does not sell. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of chemicals or chemicals not purchased from the Company. The Customer should be aware of normal deterioration of equipment that occurs over time due to exposure to chemicals and sunlight. Due to these factors, the Company recommends various annual services (e.g., annual inspection of equipment, filter cleaning, etc.) in addition to normal maintenance. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the correct water level and keeping trees and plants trimmed away from the pool and pool equipment. The Company is not responsible for any damages or deterioration caused by failure of the Customer to perform other recommended services or by failure of the Customer to properly maintain the pool, including the equipment, between visits. If you have any complaints or concerns regarding frequency or completeness of service, you must call the Company within 24 hours after a service call or scheduled service call.
Jurisdiction and Venue:
Resolution of all disputes arising pursuant to this agreement shall be in the Courts of Competent Jurisdiction located in Washington County, Tennessee, as appropriate. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of said Courts and agree that venue is proper in such Courts. If the Company is required to bring suit against the Customer or take any other measures, including hiring an attorney, to collect sums due under this agreement, the Customer will be responsible for all expenses incurred, including court costs and attorneys’ fees.
