At Isaacs Pools & Spas, we’re dedicated to providing our clients with a pool and hot tub experience like no other, and that starts with having hot tub and service professionals you can trust to get the job done. We are comprised of a number of experienced and qualified professionals who are dedicated to providing clients with an unforgettable hot tub purchase and maintenance experience, and we understand the importance of providing a quality product and quality service that is unmatched throughout the area. We take pride in bettering ourselves through industry involvement in an effort to best serve you, and we look forward to closely working with you. David Isaacs, Owner

David contends that he was conceived in 1977 when the business was conceived and born the year it was born in 1978. He is now the 3rd generation owner of the company and has worked in the pool and spa industry for 27 years. In his spare time, David enjoys traveling, workforce development with local high schools, and teaching a variety of classes at his business and at local colleges.

This reminds me of the company slogan my father first used for the company: “The Experienced Pool Professionals.” We look forward to helping you with your pool and spa needs.

Operations/Store Staff

Tracy Campbell, Operations Manager

Tracy has been in the industry and worked for Isaacs Pools & Spas for 28 years. As operations manager, Tracy’s extensive experience and commitment to providing excellent customer service have contributed to the continued success and growth of the company. In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Paxton. Have a question about maintenance or repair on your pool and/or hot tub? Ryan Adams, Comptroller

Ryan has spent 12 years working in the Pool and Spa Industry. Over the years since, he earned his MBA at Tusculum University and built a successful E-commerce business. In Feb 2021, Ryan joined our organization as the comptroller and is responsible for inventory management. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, and two children Eli and Adrianne. Need to make a payment? Select option 1 when you call the store.

Heather Gosnell, Retail Manager/Hydrotechnician

Heather enjoys working in the water lab learning about pool and spa chemistry from co-workers. She also enjoys meeting and getting to know friendly customers who bring in routine water samples. Before joining Isaacs Pools & Spas, Heather worked at Pal’s for 9 years with the last few years being in management. In her free time, she likes to spend time with family, read a good book, go kayaking or tubing, and hike trails with great views. Have a question about pool/spa chemicals, accessories, or parts? Cliff Henderson, Retail Manager/Hydrotechnician

Cliff started at Isaacs Pools & Spas in February 2022. Prior to working here he worked in retail management for Bed Bath & Beyond and Walmart. He enjoys taking care of his own pool. He says that pools are the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors and cool off in the hot summer. In his free time, Cliff likes to go to the gym, hike, bike, do woodworking, and watch sports. Matt Croy, Spa Consultant

Matt joined Isaacs Pools & Spas in Feb 2020 as a spa consultant. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, two children Emory and Bailey, and his pet raccoon, Jango. Interested in a new hot tub or grill island, give Matt a call by selecting option 2!

Donnie Wills, Customer Service Technician

Donnie started at Isaacs Pools & Spas in July 2022 and enjoys helping customers at our Clear Advice Help Desk. He has worked in the pool and spa industry since 1983. He finds working in the industry is very satisfying because the end result is knowing that customers will get endless family time and fun from their pool/hot tub. He feels at home working at Isaacs Pools being able to use his expertise in a professional environment. Outside of work, Donnie enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, and watching Tennessee Vol sports.

Puck, Barketing Director

Meet Puck, the Shorkie! He is our store puppy named after a skimmer puck. He enjoys mornings floating at the pool, afternoons napping under Tracy’s desk, and evenings relaxing by the hot tub! Come by the store to meet Puck!!

Construction Department

Marty Stapleton, Construction Manager

Marty has spent 34 years working in the Pool and Spa Industry, the last 9 years of which he has spent at Isaacs Pools & Spas as construction manager. In his extensive career, all of which have been in the swimming pool industry, he has installed thousands of pools, changed thousands of in-ground pool liners, and delivered thousands of spas in the region. In his free time, Marty enjoys playing golf with his close friends and spending time with his wife, Jennifer, daughter, Breanna, and son-in-law, Jesse. We no longer build pools, but we do vinyl liner replacements and pool remodel jobs. To reach Marty, select option 5!

Nathan Winningham, Construction

Nathan joined Isaacs Pools & Spas construction crew in March 2018. In his free time, he enjoys going to shooting ranges and spending time with his wife, Delanie, and two girls Maple and Kimber.

Logan Tester, Construction

Logan likes working at Isaacs Pools & Spas because it’s enjoyable working outside making customers happy and the people are great to work with. Outside of work, he enjoys giving back to his community through community service, spending time with his kids, and exploring the area to find new adventures.

Rusty Isaacs , Construction

Rusty has been in the pool and spa industry for over 20 years. His specialties are vinyl-liner installation, in-ground pool construction, and general pool maintenance. In his free time, Rusty enjoys spending time with his friends, family and playing a round of golf with his two sons, Jake and Jordan.

Service Department

Paul Arnold, Service Technician

Paul has worked 22 years in the Pool and Spa Industry, the last 7 years of which were with Isaacs Pools & Spas as a service technician. In his free time, he enjoys camping with his friends and family and hosting what has become the most popular event at Isaacs Pools: the annual crawfish boil.

Jerry Harwood, Service Technician

Jerry has been a mechanic/technician his entire life. He joined Isaacs Pools & Spas 2 years ago as a service technician. In his free time, Jerry enjoys working on cars.

Brandon Smiley, Service Technician

Brandon has worked in the pool and spa industry and for Isaacs Pools & Spas for 8 years as a service technician. In his free time, he enjoys seeing his favorite musicians in concert.

Rusty Ferguson, Service Technician

Rusty has worked in the Pool and Spa Industry for 34 years, For the last 3 years, he has worked at Isaacs Pools & Spas as a service technician, specializing in hot tub repair. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and working on cars.

Bob Norris, Service Technician

Bob works as a service technician, cleaning, opening, and closing pools. He also does minor pool repairs. Being outdoors and seeing happy customers are just a few of the reasons Bob enjoys working at Isaacs. Before Isaacs Pools & Spas, he was a military working dog handler in the U.S. Air Force for 15 years and worked in elevator construction for 6 years after that. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, golfing, and playing cornhole.

Grady Cash, Service Technician

Grady will be a senior at Maryville College in the fall of 2022. This is his third summer working at Isaacs Pools & Spas. He enjoys the work atmosphere and loves working outside. In his free time, he enjoys playing baseball, fishing, and going for a hike.

Our Retirees

Rick Hebb, Spa Consultant Emeritus

Rick Hebb started his career in the United States Air Force. He worked and retired as a fireman in Beckley, West Virginia before moving to the Tri-Cities to work with the TSA, where he retired and started working selling cars for a local dealership. In 2016 he joined Isaacs Pools & Spas as a spa consultant where he worked just over 4 years. He retired from Isaacs Pools & Spas in 2020. He holds the title Spa Consultant Emeritus for the impact he had on the company during his tenure. In his much-deserved retirement, he enjoys spending time with his wife, grandchildren, his 3 dogs, and ending long days soaking in his Hot Spring Envoy. Thank you for your service to our country and for your contributions to Isaacs Pools & Spas Mr. Johnny Envoy!

Pam Bowling, Water Lab Technician Emeritus

Pam joined Isaacs Pools & Spas in 2016 and quickly became our leading water lab technician. Over the years, Pam went from an in-ground pool owner to a pool water expert. She retired from Isaacs Pools in October 2021, but still helps out when needed. In her free time, Pam enjoys taking pictures of beautiful sunsets on her “farm,” spending time with her daughter Shana and husband Kevin, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers and Washington Redskins.
