With over 40 years of experience in the industry, we invite you to join our team of experienced pool and spa professionals. We are looking for a high-performing, customer-oriented Pool & Spa Technician who will be responsible for helping resolve customers’ questions about their pool and spa. Questions may be related pool equipment, hot tub maintenance, water chemistry issues, and more. We have many repeat and new customers who visit our store looking for answers, so it will be your responsibility to make them feel welcome and offer memorable customer experience as you help resolve their problem. With fun products and friendly customers, you will enjoy the friendly, family-like atmosphere of our small business. This is a customer-facing position in a fast-paced environment where you will get the opportunity to solve customers’ problems and help them maximize their backyard paradise.

Sign-on bonus: $500 after 6 months and an additional $500 at 1 year


  • Understand how pool and spa equipment performs and be able to help troubleshoot issues to find a solution
  • Thoroughly explain how to resolve customers’ problems in a way that is easy to understand and remember
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Assist on a pool or spa service call if needed, but the primary responsibility is to help customers who visit the store
  • Occasionally provide support by delivering a part to a customer or our service technicians
  • Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
  • Continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences


  • 1 year of pool and hot tub technician experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Knowledge of pool and spa equipment
  • Troubleshooting—Determine causes of pool and hot tub operating errors and decide how to resolve them
  • Equipment Maintenance—Perform routine maintenance on equipment


  • Salary, 40 hour work week
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday – Saturday
  • Theretail store is closed on Sunday and Monday
  • Answering phone calls – 15%
  • Face-to-face customer interactions – 75%
  • On the job site service calls – 5%
  • Training/on the job learning – 5%
